Domiciled at Tribeless Youth offices in Nakuru, Ubuntu Creative Space is co-working and networking space, a capacity-building and training Centre online/virtual information-sharing platform and forum, a research center, an incubator and an online-to-offline discussion space. The mandate of the space is to encourage young people to inspire Kenya’s political, social and economic direction encompassing social and human rights issues, through art, storytelling, Activism and digital innovations.
The Ubuntu Creative Space is an intervention that can change the way we see our world through real-life stories, lived experiences, storytelling, which often brings awareness into public and policy domains in a way that statistics or reports rarely can.
The Ubuntu Creative Space is where young people from the region can reflect, purposefully communicate their worlds as well hone their artistic skills and innovations that can change the world.
